Pick the fixture
Every event on Floodlight is one we hold a direct allocation for. If it is listed, the seats exist and the price is the price the venue set.
Choose your tier
Each fixture is broken into real seating tiers with the remaining count shown against every one. No hidden inventory, no phantom availability.
Confirm and hold
The moment you confirm, that stock comes out of the allocation and a reference is issued to you. Two people cannot buy the same last pair.
Walk in
Show the reference at the turnstile with the name it was booked under. Nothing to print, nothing to collect, no third-party wallet in the way.
If it is on the board, the seat is there. If it is gone, we say so.

Your booking reference is issued the moment the seats are held, not hours later. Bring it to the gate on a phone or on paper.
Change your mind up to forty-eight hours before the first whistle and the tickets go back into the allocation at no charge.
Someone is on the desk through the night before a fixture and for the full duration of every event we sell.
